Hot Stuffed
Peppers
4 ounces cream cheese
2 ounces parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pint medium size hot peppers (could also use sweet peppers
too)
Mix all ingredients, except oil and garlic. Fill peppers
from the top, snip tip of pepper off (stuffing will stay in
better). Take garlic and oil and coat cookie sheet. Bake
peppers for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
